Open an account

To participate in securities market trading, you need to open a securities account with a brokerage company. By opening an account with our company, your securities account will be registered with the Mongolian Central Securities Depository. We make it easy for you to open your securities account and enable online trading.

Visit https://trade.icapital.mn/account to start your registration. Select the ‘Open Account’ option and use your email address to register.

  • Check your email for a confirmation message. Activate your account using the link provided, and then complete your personal details in Cyrillic script. Remember to upload clear photos of the front and back of your ID card.
  • Once you’ve completed these steps correctly, you will receive a ‘Broker Service Agreement’ via email.
  • Print out this agreement, sign it, and then either scan or take a clear photo of the signed document with your mobile phone. Send this scanned copy or photo to account@icapital.mn.

  • Agreement for Opening an Account with the Mongolian Central Securities Depository
  • Notarized Copy of the Legal Entity’s Charter (2 copies)
  • Account Opening Request
  • Child’s Birth Certificate
  • Guardian’s Identity Card

Important Note: The custodian must have a securities account with our company for the registration to proceed.
